Full Paper Track
All accepted full papers are presented orally during the conference. See the schedule for the time slots.
- Talk duration: 15-17 minutes + 3 minutes for questions
- You may use the VMV PowerPoint template
- Bring your own laptop with HDMI connection
- Arrive 15 minutes before your session starts to test your laptop
- Full papers are not contained in the fast forward session
Nectar Track
Accepted nectar track posters are presented during the Nectar Track session, which is preceded by a fast forward for the posters. See the schedule for the presentation order.
Requirements for the Fast Forward Video
- Video format: .MP4 (H.264/H.265)
- Frame rate: 30fps
- Aspect ratio: 16:9
- Resolution: 1080p (Full HD)
- Video file size: 100 MB or less
- Length: Each video should be 30 seconds long
- A video that meets these requirements can be exported directly from Microsoft PowerPoint under File->Export->Create Video.
- Do not show the title or the authors in the beginning! Your video can directly start with the content. We will insert a title/author slide ourselves to obtain a consistent look.
- Upload your video here by Sep 19, 2025.
- Arrive in the first coffee break. We reserve one seat per poster in the first row.
Requirements for the Poster
- Orientation: portrait
- Poster size: A0 (84.1cm x 118.9cm)
- Print the poster yourself and bring it to the conference.
- Mount your poster during the first coffee break. Pins are provided.
- You may reuse the poster design of your previous presentation. There is no VMV poster template to use.
