The student ticket are available for PhD students or below, enrolled at a university or any other educational institution.

Registration Policy
The registration of participation is binding.
Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
The conference program may be subject to changes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation received up to 8 weeks before the beginning of the conference are refunded 100%, up to 4 weeks before 50%, and from two weeks before there is no refund, unless there is a medical condition, then always 100% are refunded. It is always possible to send a substitute. Please always send cancellation requests by email to the organizers via ✉ contact-vce@fau.de .
